Important Diving Notes

  • Dive sites are selected based on weather, sea conditions, guest requests, and the group’s experience level.
  • We cannot accept bookings that include any dive finishing less than 18 hours before your return flight.
  • Sunset dives and night dives are not available on the day of arrival.
  • Early morning dives are available from the second day of diving onward for safety reasons.

Each diver must carry one dive computer and one SMB / safety sausage.

Please note that guests may be charged the actual replacement or repair cost for any rental equipment that is lost or damaged beyond usable condition.

Diving Permits

Diving permits are not included in the diving price and must be paid locally in cash USD only.

Cancellation Policy

Peak Season: December 26, 2026 – January 3, 2027

Weather, sea conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances may require changes or cancellation of tour content. Final details provided at the time of booking confirmation will take priority.

We ask all guests, regardless of age, to submit a diver medical questionnaire. If a doctor’s clearance is required but not submitted, you may not be able to join the tour and cancellation fees may apply.

FAQ

Can I request a specific dive site such as Blue Corner or Blue Holes?

Yes, requests are welcome. However, dive sites are selected based on weather, sea conditions, guest requests, and the experience level of the group. Specific dive sites cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Are diving permits included in the price?

No. Diving permits are not included and must be paid locally in cash USD only.

Can I pay the full amount on-site?

No. Full on-site payment is not available. Diving fees must be paid in advance by credit card or wire transfer.

Is wire transfer available?

Yes. We accept wire transfers. Bank details will be provided after booking confirmation.

Is Nitrox included?

Yes. Nitrox tanks are included free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use Nitrox.

What is included in a full rental set?

A full rental set includes BCD, Regulator, Wetsuit, Fins, Mask, Snorkel, SMB, and Reef Hook.

Can I join an early morning dive?

Early morning dives may be available by request from your second diving day onward. Please note that availability depends on operational and safety conditions.

Can I join a sunset dive or night dive on my arrival day?

No. Sunset dives and night dives are not available on the day of arrival.

How many dives can I do in one day?

The standard day trip includes up to 3 dives. The maximum number of dives per day is 4 for safety management reasons.

Can I dive on the same day as my flight?

We cannot accept bookings that include any dive finishing less than 18 hours before your return flight.

What should I bring on the diving day?

Please wear your swimsuit before pickup and bring your certification card. If your certification cannot be confirmed, or if required medical documents are missing, you may not be able to join the tour and cancellation fees may apply.

What happens if the weather or sea conditions are poor?

The tour content or dive sites may be changed or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances. Final operational decisions are made for guest safety.
